Message	My NA only came with the valet key which won't open the hatch. And when I used the lever it wouldn't "pop" and unlock/open. If I had someone lift on it the lever would work. I fixed by adjusting the latch in the hatch. Pretty easy. Remove the lower center hatch plastic part so you can see the latch. Loosen the bolts and see if you can lower it/push it down at all. Might not move much which is fine, mine didn't either but it was just enough. Tighten it down and try the handle again to see if it will work.
